A planner and journal in one app
Urtudu is a day planner and journal in one app for iPhone. You keep one list. The list you check off during the day becomes the record of that day.
How the two fit together
- During the day: check things off as you go, and add anything you finished that wasn’t on the list.
- In the evening: review what you got done, say how the day went (Bad, Okay or Good) with a line about why if you like, and write tomorrow’s list.
- Afterward: the day is saved in the Journal with what you did and how it felt.
The whole evening step takes a few minutes. There is no separate diary to keep up with.
What the journal holds
A journal of ordinary days: what you actually did, and how it felt. Each day keeps its tasks, its mood and your note. A month view shows the days at a glance, and Insights show how often you check in, how much you finish, and your mood mix.
If you want to journal but never know what to write, the list gives you a place to start. You did more today than you think.
What comes free, and what Pro adds
The planner and the journal are both free, with no time limit and no trial: the nightly loop, tomorrow’s list, up to four repeat tasks, the evening and morning reminders, scheduling a month ahead, the journal, monthly insights, and export.
Urtudu Pro is optional. It adds unlimited repeat tasks, monthly repeats, planning past 30 days, task reminders, task photos, search across everything you ever wrote, and a year view.
Good to know
- Urtudu is typed, not handwritten, and it runs on iPhone.
- No account, no ads, and never used to train AI. What you write never leaves your phone.
- No streaks to stress over. Miss a night and you can still close that day for a week afterward.
Free for iPhone, with an optional Pro upgrade. On the App Store in the United States.
